Welcome to the 2024-2025 Cats' Cupboard Advisory Board application!

You are invited to complete the following application for membership consideration to the Cats' Cupboard Advisory Board. Applications are accepted through January 1st, 2025 and all fields are required.

Meetings are held 3 times a year and terms are 3 years. Members are strongly encouraged to attend each meeting in person (virtual option available by request only).
