Thank you for clicking on the link to this survey. You are being invited to take part in research studying bicultural identity and decisions to attend higher education after college. This survey is the first step in helping us understand how young adults' beliefs about bicultural identity influences their decisions to attend higher education. This study has been approved by the Kansas State University Institutional Review Board (IRB#10341.2). This survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.    

CONFIDENTIALITY: Any information gathered in this study which is considered identifiable, private information will be removed. Once this information is removed, this data could be used for future research studies or distribution to another researcher for future studies without additional informed consent. Data is stored on a secure computere and is only accessed by study personnel.   

DISCOMFORTS/RISKS: There are no known risks in completing the Bicultural Identity Integration Scale or answering the other survey questions. If you feel uncomfortable or distressed by the questions on the survey, you can stop the survey at any time by exiting out of the browser window.   

REFUSAL/WITHDRAWAL: Participation in this survey is entirely voluntary.  There are no anticipated risks or discomforts that will result from participation in this survey.  You may stop your participation at any time. Your decision about whether or not to participate will not affect your future relations with Kansas State University.
