This survey aims to collect information about the forage (haying and grazing) practices in Eastern KS. The data gathered will inform Extension and research at K-State to develop programming and information. Your participation is voluntary and anonymous. We will not use your name, farm name, or any identifying information that would lead to precise location of the farm. You information will not be distributed for other’s research. Identifiers might be removed from the identifiable private information, and, after such removal, the information could be used for future research studies or distributed to another investigator for future research studies without additional informed consent.
The survey will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete and poses no risk to you. You may skip any question you do not want to answer. By submitting your survey, you consent to the use of your data for research purposes. If you do not agree to this, then please refrain from completing.
